Both, The Hair Curriculum's Virgin Hair and Raw Hair collections are made with 100% human hair and are selected for quality, longevity, and overall performance. Neither collection undergoes harsh chemical processing, silicone coating, or synthetic fiber blending.

The difference comes down to sourcing, processing level, maintenance, and long term wear.

Virgin Hair Collection

Our Virgin Hair is sourced from 1–2 donors and lightly steam-textured using only water to create consistent wave and curl patterns while maintaining the integrity of the hair.

This collection is ideal for customers looking for:

• luxury-quality hair at a more accessible price point

• easier day to day maintenance

• versatile styling

• consistent textures and fullness

• hair for frequent installs, coloring, styling changes, or customization

Virgin Hair still offers excellent longevity, softness, and performance while remaining beginner-friendly and lower maintenance overall.

All Virgin Hair can be professionally colored up to #613.

Raw Hair Collection

Our Raw Hair is sourced from a single donor and remains completely unprocessed from its natural state. Because the cuticles remain fully aligned and untouched, each bundle carries its own natural character, density, texture variation, and movement.

This collection is best suited for customers looking for:

• the most natural raw hair experience

• maximum longevity and reusability

• long term investment wear

• minimal processing and single-donor sourcing

• hair intended to be reused across multiple installs over time

Raw Hair can also be professionally colored up to #613, but it typically requires more maintenance and care than Virgin Hair due to its completely unprocessed nature.

Customers choosing Raw Hair should be comfortable maintaining the hair properly to preserve its quality over time.

Which Collection Should You Choose?

Choose Virgin Hair if you:

• plan to heavily customize, color, or cut the hair

Choose Raw Hair if you:

• want completely unprocessed single-donor hair

Both collections are premium quality human hair. The choice ultimately depends on your styling habits, maintenance preferences, and how long you plan to keep and reuse the hair.

Returns & Order Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. The Hair Curriculum does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order before submitting payment, including:

• Hair collection

• Texture

• Length

• Quantity

• Color selection

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer, including selecting the wrong texture, collection, length, or quantity, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping & Transit Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, The Hair Curriculum is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damaged packaging during transit. Any transit-related issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

This includes:

• Lost or missing packages

• Stolen deliveries

• Delivery delays

• Damaged outer packaging during transit

• Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates closely after shipment.

• Product Quality Concerns

If your hair arrives with a confirmed quality issue that does not meet The Hair Curriculum’s standards, we are committed to resolving the matter promptly.

Examples of eligible concerns may include:

• Excessive shedding

• Severe tangling or matting under normal use

• Heat damage at appropriate styling temperatures

To be considered for review, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof showing the issue.

Please note:

Hair that has been altered, colored, installed, cut, chemically processed, or otherwise modified may not qualify for review.

Concerns based on personal preference, texture expectations, or ordering mistakes are not considered defects.

If The Hair Curriculum is determined to be at fault, we will work directly with you toward an immediate and fair resolution.

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully cleared and confirmed.

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your selected shipping method and location.

Tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.

• The Hair Curriculum is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

• Once a package has been shipped, transit updates and delivery matters must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
